Description:

A large upright native tree. Stiff green leaves arranged in whorls, with entire margins. The underside of the leaves is sliver. Juvenile leaves have toothed margins. Pale yellow flowers throughout autumn, followed by woody cones. |

Prefers well drained sandy soil, but will adapt to heavier soil types. |
Care:

Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established, then do not overwater. Plant in a well mulched garden. Protect from heavy frosts. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain a bushy dense habit. Apply a slow release native fertilizer annually. Supplement with iron to prevent the yellowing of leaves. |
