Description:

A compact native shrub with soft bright red new growth, turning green. Flowers can occur, but typically not when plant is maintained as a hedge. For hedging space plant up to 50cm apart. |

Full sun, well-draining soils. |
Care:

Water as required for 8-13 weeks until established. Plant in a well mulched garden. Low water requirement once established, requiring only occasional deep watering during extended periods of heat. Prune after flowering in early summer to maintain a compact growth habit. Fertilise with slow release, native fertiliser in spring. |
